Many of the challenges we face in relationships, work, self-worth, emotional well-being, and our sense of purpose may be connected to unconscious family dynamics carried across generations.
Family Constellations is a powerful experiential process that helps bring these hidden patterns into awareness so they can be understood, honored, and transformed. These workshops offer a safe and supportive space to explore inherited patterns, release what no longer serves, and open to greater connection, choice, and possibility in your life.
In-person workshops and individual Family Constellation sessions are available in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, and Calabria, Italy.

Requesting a Personal Constellation in a Workshop
Whether you receive a personal Constellation depends on the number of participants, but I always do my best to accommodate those who are hoping for one. If you’d like a Constellation set up for your issue, simply let me know when you register and I’ll add you to the list — requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. While I can’t guarantee every request, I will do everything I can to make it happen.
It’s also worth knowing that being a Representative in someone else’s Constellation is a deeply powerful experience in its own right. We often gain profound insights into our own situations through representing for others. And even as an observer — without representing or having your own Constellation — you will receive meaningful insights as part of the group process.
Family Constellations in Calabria, Italy
October 11, 2026 from 10 am – 5 pm
The workshop at La Dimora di Radha was an absolutely beautiful experience, and we will be repeating it in 2027!
Jessica and Maurizio, the owners of this lovely BnB tucked in the hills above Rende, Calabria just outside of the city of Cosenza, are experienced professionals in a variety of massage and yoga/meditative techniques, and they were not only gracious hosts but wonderful participants all through the day.
The group was a nice blend of people who had experience with Constellations work and those who did not, and everyone was incredibly receptive and generous in their participation.
I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to share my approach to Family Constellations and LifeArt work, and to make these connections that I am sure will continue to bear fruit over the years to come.
