Whole-Person LifeArt Consulting Services
Whole-Person LifeArt Consulting offers an integrative approach to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life so you can move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and purpose.
Through more than 30 years of working with adults, Martha has developed Whole Person LifeArt Consulting, an integrative approach that helps people meet emotional, relational, psychological, and existential pain with greater awareness and transform it into renewed energy for living.
This work combines thoughtful exploration with practical support. Together, you may explore personal experiences, emotional and relational patterns, family history, and the deeper questions shaping your life. You can also clarify what you want, make meaningful choices, and begin creating changes in your everyday life.
LifeArt Consulting recognizes that each person is multidimensional. Our emotional, relational, creative, physical, and spiritual dimensions are deeply interconnected. The process helps you understand how your inner world functions, recognize what you need to feel more whole and grounded, and find ways of meeting those needs that support lasting well-being.
The spiritual dimension is not treated as something separate from ordinary life. It is understood as a foundation from which meaning, purpose, love, creativity, and authentic selfhood can emerge. By working with the whole person, Martha helps clients move beyond simply surviving and toward a life of greater clarity, resilience, freedom, connection, and joy.
What is Whole-Person LifeArt Consulting?
Whole-Person LifeArt Consulting is an integrative approach to personal and relational growth. It begins with the understanding that a person cannot be reduced to a symptom, diagnosis, role, or isolated problem. Our thoughts, emotions, bodies, histories, relationships, creativity, work, material lives, values, and spiritual or existential longings are deeply interconnected.
The LifeArt perspective understands life as more than something to manage or endure. It is something we actively participate in shaping—a living work of art. Difficult experiences, recurring patterns, and periods of transition can become opportunities to understand ourselves more deeply, care for unresolved wounds, and make choices that reflect who we are becoming.
Informed by her background in analytical psychology, Martha’s approach integrates Existential Personalistic and Cosmoartistic Anthropology, Family Constellations, embodied awareness, creativity, and nature-based practices. There is no predetermined formula. The work responds to the whole person, the relationships and systems to which they belong, and the particular questions or challenges present in their life.
The purpose is not to create a perfect or permanently “fixed” version of yourself. It is to develop greater awareness, freedom, self-compassion, and creative responsibility—so that you can make more meaningful choices, build healthier and more fulfilling relationships, and create a life that feels increasingly authentic and alive.
As we become more whole, the effects often extend beyond us. Our transformation can bring greater care, honesty, freedom, and connection into our relationships, families, communities, and the wider world.
When Something in Life is Asking for Attention
Experiences such as depression, anxiety, anger, procrastination, addictive patterns, or recurring relationship struggles are not signs of personal failure. They can be meaningful signals pointing toward unmet needs, unresolved pain, or parts of ourselves that need greater care and attention.
Whole-Person LifeArt Consulting offers a compassionate way to explore your personal history, family system, cultural influences, strengths, needs, and deeper longings. The purpose is not to determine what is “wrong” with you or to pursue an impossible ideal of perfection, but to understand what is asking for attention, care for old wounds, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Ways to Work Together
One-on-one support for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, move through painful patterns, and create meaningful change. This may include support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-worth, life transitions, emotional stress, creativity, purpose, and personal growth.
The LifeArt approach sees relationships as the place where life itself becomes more creative. Every meaningful encounter has the potential to transform us and to generate something that neither person could create alone. By becoming more aware of the patterns we bring into relationship and learning to respond with greater freedom, compassion, and responsibility, we create connections that nourish growth, deepen meaning, and enrich the wider world around us.
Within the LifeArt approach, healing is not an end in itself. It is a pathway toward greater freedom, deeper connection, and the creation of relationships that enrich both our own lives and the lives of those around us.
Whole-person support for professionals, leaders, business owners, therapists, massage therapists, and other helping professionals navigating burnout, transition, workplace relationships, financial stress or challenges related to earning, and questions of purpose and fulfillment. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your relationship with work, money, value, success, and receiving so you can move forward in ways that are more sustainable, meaningful, and true to who you are becoming.
Experiential offerings such as Family Constellations workshops, LifeArt laboratories, forest bathing, and creative retreats that support insight, healing, renewal, and connection.
